We use DHL, UPS, GLS and La Poste delivering throughout the EU
Our cut off time is 07:00 hours and once paid your goods will be dispatched within 12 Shopify POS Pro is a subscription hours, excluding bank holidays.

- 1 to 2 working days for Local deliveries around France
- 2 to 3 working days for remote areas.

When receiving your consignment, we ask you to first make sure it is not damaged before signing, as if signed you have accepted that the delivery company has delivery your consignment undamaged
In the event that it is damaged you have the right to refuse delivery, and if refused please contact us so that we can send you another consignment at no additional cost.
