Our 30 Day Return Policy

Returns up to 14 Days

If you return your product within 14 days, we will accept all delivery cost and credit you in full amount once the product is returned in the condition it was sent.

Returns From day 15 to day 30

Should you decide to return your product after the 14 days up to 30 days you will be liable for any delivery cost, and once the product is returned in the condition it was sent then we will credit you the full purchase price excluding any delivery cost

Damaged Goods

It is important that you check the item before signing acceptance from the delivery company, and if damaged you should not accept it and contact us so that we can send you another consignment without delay

Tinted Coloured Paint

If your choice any based colours, then the above 14- and 30-day policy comes into effect, but should your choice a specially tinted colour but then wish to cancel the order, then terms above is not acceptable

The reason for this is that we offering over 4,000 mixed colours, which are mixed specially for the client so we would not be able to resell the product once specially tinted so please make ensure that the colour you chose is the correct colour as we will not accept responsibility unless we have made a mistake.

A 10% restock Fee will be deducted
